Your adventure starts now. Your local expert will act as your right hand throughout your journey. We work exclusively with award-winning and certified local partners, true destination obsessives who know their home country inside-out.

Laying the groundwork:

Make a trip request by completing the online form, sending an email, or reaching out to us through a call on your mobile, directing us to your preferred destinations.

  • It's simple and fast, and we will help you find exactly what you're looking for.
All our trips are built from the ground up with thoughtful personalization and attention to detail. Discuss options and alternatives until your trip is tweaked to perfection.

No two trips are the same:

  • Set a meeting with you and think of this conversation as a jumping off place to discuss ideas and inspiration.
  • Next, your expert will craft your itinerary. To receive a personalized trip proposal, a $100 crafting fee is required. This fee will be subtracted from the overall cost of your trip.
  • Sit back and relax. Your expert will craft the best trip around your exact travel dates, pricing, and availability.
  • Nothing is set in stone. Talk through options and alternatives until your trip is tweaked to perfection.
The planning is officially done. Now it’s time to make that dream trip a reality. Next step, secure your trip by paying the deposit. The countdown to take-off is in sight.

Locking in your plans:

  • Book by submitting a trip deposit. The deposit is typically 10%, and with that, your expert will lock in all your reservations.
  • Complete the remaining payment 45 days before departure.
  • Leave your expert to do all the heavy lifting to ensure your trip is perfect, from securing reservations, to preparing your roadbook, and calling in favors to friends.
The countdown is officially over! Your expert is there for you pre-trip, on-trip, and even post-trip with 24/7 support and concierge service. Whatever you need, don’t hesitate.

  • You’ll receive local tips and tricks from your expert pre-departure. This is the secret sauce that makes your trip extra special.

What's included in my trip?
Included in our packages are all your accommodations, transport, a selection of meals, and a variety of activities, ensuring a comprehensive travel experience.
What's excluded from my trip?
Our packages do not include international flights to and from our destinations, any additional meals or drinks not listed in the itinerary, travel insurance, or visa fees.
How do payments work?

Book your package with a 15% initial deposit and pay the rest in instalments as you prefer, up to 60 days prior to your departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment.

What if I need to change my plans?

If you need to change your plans, you can reschedule your trip to a future date. Changes are free of charge if made 60 days before departure; within 60 days, a $250 administration fee applies, along with any additional charges based on your travel destination and the notice given.

Are flights included?
Flights to and from your destination are not included in our package prices. However, our packages comprehensively cover accommodation, a variety of activities, several meals, and transport, including airport pickups and drop-offs.
What about travel insurance?
Travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your journey.
Visa requirements?
Travellers can easily obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) online at www.eta.gov.lk or www.eta-srilankatravel.com, barring certain nationalities. We strongly advise arranging this before your departure to prevent any delays upon arrival in Sri Lanka.
